∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Oracle ERP project implementation process, Big Data Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist and contribute to Oracle ERP SCM module implementations.
∎ Coordinate project planning activities including scoping, resource planning, timelines, and milestones.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business requirements.
∎ Provide ongoing functional support to SCM end users.
∎ Resolve user queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Assist in training end users on new functionalities and process changes.
∎ Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
∎ Redesign and re-engineer processes to enhance productivity, quality, and employee/customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
∎ Ensure accurate preparation and validation of master data related to the SCM modules (inventory, procurement, order management, etc.).
∎ Monitor and maintain data integrity across the ERP system.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with data management policies and standards.
