Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Part qualified of - ACCA/ICMAB/C.A. (CC) completed will get high priority but not mandatory.
∎ At least 2 year(s) experience requirement is not applicable for C.A. (CC) completed candidates.
∎ CA firm Experience preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bank, Insurance, Non Banking Financial Institution, Securities House, Share brokerage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations.
∎ Manage daily, monthly, and yearly accounting functions for the company and clients.
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like Tally or SIS Plus.
∎ Regular maintenance of cash, cash book, and bank books.
∎ Maintain & update accurate financial and accounting systems, including computer data entry and paper file documentation.
∎ Prepares monthly and annual statements by assembling data for the Management.
∎ Auditing and Reconciling Cash transaction, Company accounts, Bank Statements, Receivables and payable, Organizing monthly Reconciliation, and another internal audit.
∎ Prepare, organize, and handle Tax, Vat & Joint-stock documents, Tax-Vat reports, and statements.
∎ Payroll processing.
∎ Maintain accurate accounting records for future references.
∎ Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles.
∎ Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Support preparation of the annual budget, forecast, and projections.
∎ Assist in preparing the necessary documentation for annual financial audits.
∎ Relationship maintenance with all the parties involved in the business.
∎ Professionally offer high-quality customer service.
∎ To maintain a strong online company voice and brand consistency through online platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, webchat, website, etc.)
∎ To grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have experience in Brokerage House.
∎ Applicants must have experience in VAT, TAX, and NBR.
∎ Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
∎ Must have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and especially Excel.
∎ Able to work under pressure
