∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MIS,Data entry
∎ Training/Trade Course: MIS
∎ Skills Required: Hard Working, Punctual

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Context:
∎ Location: Head Office
∎ Must capable of order place, take initiative for smooth delivery service.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Data entry (both English & Bengali), MIS & co-ordinate business activities with the distribution department.
∎ • Maintain regular communication over the phone with clients and sales force.
∎ • To prepare daily sales invoices, sales statements & monthly reports.
∎ • Maintaining & keeping proper filing, record, and information.
∎ • Should be able to use update version software & must have excellent knowledge about order to cash management software.
∎ • Customer Service Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Well conversation in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to handle pressure at the workplace

Salary:
