• Experience in Marketing will get preference.

• DVM/B Sc in Vet sci & AH/ BSc in AH (Hons) will get preference.

• Responsible for deep frozen semen marketing program and will be sole responsible for his division specified by ADL authority.

• Establish the strategy and direction of the marketing program along with short- and long-term goals for Depot.

• To assist in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of ADL products and services.

• Close contact with the local Government office of DLS as well for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in the prescribed format.

• Ability to work well under pressure and strong problem-solving, organisational, and management skills.

• Analysing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.

• Maintaining and supervising all types of records online and update daily/regularly of the sales and Collection.

• Selecting potential pro-Artificial Insemination Worker (Pro-AIW) from each union under his jurisdiction.

• Any other Tasks as assigned by management.
