About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Business Development team at iHealthScreen Bangladesh Ltd., a technology-driven company working at the intersection of healthcare and education. As a Business Development Executive/Junior Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in both sectors by promoting our innovative software solutions.

In Healthcare:
- Hospital and Clinic Management Systems
- Prescription Management Tools
In Education:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- School and Academic Institution Management Software
- Online Assessment and Reporting Tools
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct direct, door-to-door marketing, in-person sales visits to doctors, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly target-based sales goals as set by the management, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Arrange and attend virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while collecting client feedback for product improvement.
- Provide basic software support and manage customer service queries.
- Maintain detailed records of sales and support activities; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Support other responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Field-based operations
- Target areas for Healthcare: Uttara, Malibagh, Dhanmondi, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Cumilla.
- Target areas for Education: All over Bangladesh.

Compensation
Full-Time: BDT 16,500 (including Travel Allowance: BDT 3,500)
Part-Time: BDT 8,000 (including Travel Allowance: BDT 2,000)
For Female: BDT 10,000 (including Travel Allowance: BDT 2,000). Only for Dhanmondi.
