Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the expert knowledge and leadership capacity to establish strong accounting, analytical and reporting functions on various financial, operational and commercial activities of the group.
∎ Ensuring all aspects of daily operations of business run effectively and efficiently & its vision and strategic objectives.
∎ To ensure appropriate Deduction of TDS/VDS from Different party as per Ordinance/ Rule/Act/SRO.
∎ To continuously review and monitor the adequacy of systems, procedures and other.
∎ Regularities of Tax & VAT in factory with consultation of head office.
∎ Will check & verify the local purchase comparing with local rate & market.
∎ To ensure companies internal control system, working properly.
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash of all Concerns.
∎ Review Different Departments operational processes, identify risk & drawback of operations, and assess the risk as per guidelines.
∎ Conducting market audit to find specific market gap and opportunities from market end & distributor end.
∎ Implement internal audit and Monitoring policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Reporting after conducting any sorts of audit or investigation.
∎ Regular follow up on implementation of audit findings.

∎ Age 18 to 45 years

∎ Excellent communication.
∎ Sound analytical skills.
∎ Motivated and determined.
∎ High adaptability in any situation.
∎ Ability to meet the deadline despite all obstacles.
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure.
∎ Candidates with ceramic sector job experienced will be given preference.
