Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters from a reputed UGC approved national or international university with decent CGPA.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs as required.
∎ Test graphics across various media.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
∎ Sound knowledge in Social Media Outreach in Facebook Marketing, Audience Targeting, Keyword Research, Content Marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and YouTube Marketing.
∎ Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
∎ Create compelling social media static content, banners, logos, designs, print, and digital media.
∎ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Starting from BDT 12000 to BDT 15000 per Month (first 6 months in probation).

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival bonuses and other admissible benefits as per the organization's policy. No bonus will provide during probation period.
