  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts & finance, preferably in an international trading company.

  • Basic understanding of LC, TT, and international trade-related financial transactions

  • Knowledge of accounting standards, VAT, TAX, and compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines, maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent communication negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling all types of financial and accounting transactions related to international trading activities under the supervision of the Deputy Manager.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records, processing trade-related transactions, supporting compliance requirements, and providing timely reports to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounts including vouchers, ledgers and reconciliations.

  • Process international trade-related transactions such as LC, TT, Bank documents, and import/export settlements under guidance of the Deputy Manager.

  • Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and tax documents.

  • Maintain proper documentation for trade finance activities (LC opening, amendments, bank charges, etc.).

  • Ensure timely posting of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.

  • Assist in monitoring cash flow, bank reconciliations, and foreign exchange transactions.

  • Coordinate with banks, customs agents, and suppliers for transaction processing.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant trade regulations.

  • Provide necessary support during audits and inspections.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Deputy Manager or Finance Department.
