Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a permanent job, upon satisfactory completion of probation period of 6 to 12 months depending upon performance of the job seeker.Create visuals that identify a product or convey a messages. Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print. Professional knowledge Adobe's Creative Suite- including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom , Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effect. Professional knowledge about Packaging, Videography, Motion Graphics and Digital Content. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. Perform retouching and manipulation of images. Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design. Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications. Must know about art work development, color separation, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements and social media posts. Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events. Create Leaflet, Banner, Brochure, Catalogs, Corporate Identity Design, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
