Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 23 years
  • Candidates having working experience of Front desk management for at least 2 years in reputed hospitals, clinics and healthcare industry will have added advantage.

  • Having basic knowledge of medical terminology will get preference.

  • Must be energetic, smart, hardworking, proactive, Innovative and capable to work under pressure.

  • Must have good proficiency in English, computer literacy and communication skills.

  • Should maintain professional appearance and attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Adaptability to work in other sister concerns, if necessary.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and redirect calls to appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic`s database with confidentiality.

  • Process billing and collect payments, providing receipts and handling financial transactions.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents etc.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., forms, brochures, leaflets and all kind of printed materials).

  • Address patient’s concerns and complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Adhere to clinic policies, procedures and healthcare regulations.

  • Perform any other job assigned from Management.
