Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all clients, visitors, guests, and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation;
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material;
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
∎ Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
∎ Update calendars and schedule meetings;
∎ Maintain telephone directory of the organization.
∎ Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers;
∎ Keep updated records of office expenses and costs;
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, HR Admin will be preferable.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively & professionally;
∎ Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel; & Microsoft Word;
∎ Positive & pro-active attitude towards work;
∎ Able to work under pressure and efficiently;
∎ Good Proficiency in English will highly preferable.
