∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Experience in handling e-commerce platforms or online business marketing is highly preferable.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
∎ To work Retargeting, Lookalike Audience and Customer and Audience.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Analyze website traffic and social media data using analytics tools (e.g.,Audience Targeting ,Budgeting, Placement,Bidding and Google Analytics, social media insights).
∎ Work closely with content writers, content creators, and developers to produce high-quality, engaging content aligned with business objectives. This includes overseeing video, motion graphics, animations, and graphic design for social media.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations to communicate digital marketing performance to clients Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest, and Hard-working.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and reporting. They will work closely with our digital marketing team to provide insights and recommendations that will enhance the digital marketing strategies and improve ROI.
∎ Social Media Marketing: Proven ability to create and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
∎ Content Creation: Strong copywriting and content creation skills for social media, blogs, videos, infographics, ads, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
∎ Data Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and using insights to improve strategies.
∎ Video Editing tool: Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premier Pro will be a plus.
∎ Manage and optimize paid advertising : campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
∎ Social Media Management: Managing social media presence, engaging with followers, and running social media campaigns.
∎ Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing websites and content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
∎ Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Running paid advertising campaigns on search engines to reach target audiences.
∎ Website Optimization: Analyzing website performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing user experience.
∎ Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
∎ Audience Research: Understanding target audiences, their needs, and preferences to tailor marketing efforts.
∎ Brand Awareness: Promoting the brand and its products or services through various digital.
∎ Analyze digital marketing: Analytics reports and share insights to develop optimized plans. Manage and maintain the company's websites, mobile apps SMS & E-mail marketing campaigns, etc. (Basic Knowledge on WordPress).
∎ Planning and executing all paid promotional campaigns. Ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
∎ Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contract for online queries. Order process as per customer demand and timeline set by the organization.
∎ Management to achieve organizational goals. Website Development. Basic Programming Knowledge.
