Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship / Coordination professional to join our team as an Senior Executive/Asst. Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role will also involve leveraging digital marketing channels to promote our brands / services and engage with customers.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide information about the company's products and services to potential customers via phone, message and email.

  • Clients follow up & handling, understanding customer queries properly.

  • Inside/outside sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and English, self-motivation to take challenges to deliver high-quality results.

  • Arrange meeting & communication with clients (regular updates, building relationships)

  • Leadership, regular/daily reporting to management

  • Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with customers on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Create and curate engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive business growth

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights to management

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

  • Content creation and curation.

  • E-mail marketing.

  • Online reputation management.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific products and trends.
