Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recording of daily sales in ERP
∎ Check bank deposit with sales and confirm sales collection
∎ Bank reconciliations
∎ Visit retail shops and Inventory checking
∎ EMI sales monitoring and communicate with banks
∎ POS sales recording and reconciliation
∎ MFS sales recording and reconciliation
∎ Daily Shop Sales reports updating in System
∎ Insure daily Cash Deposit & Prepare cash flow statement
∎ Invoice preparing, Mushok 6.3 writing
∎ Cross check with bank invoice & Shop EMI transection
∎ Query Analysis and problem solving capabilities
∎ Documentation All types of EMI Paper, Sales Invoice
∎ Others works assign by management
