Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA or Bachelor/ BBA in Accounting/ Finance from public/ national/ well reputed private universities with minimum 2nd Division/Class at all level. Chartered Accountancy Course Completed could be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Expected to join from August 01, 2021
∎ Report to: Coordinator, Finance and Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume responsibilities and tasks related to accounts and procurement of BEIOA-SEIP project
∎ Assist to effective implementation of accounting system in agreement with the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP)
∎ Assists in procuring procurement and contractual aspects of project related goods, services, equipment in accordance with government procurement guidelines
∎ Support other program implementation teams and Partner Training Institutes (PTIs) in implementing effective accounting systems in accordance with Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP)
∎ Make all payments and make sure PTIs, Assessors, Trainee Stipend payment are made properly and documentation to ensure that BEIOA-SEIP is fully tax compliant (VAT, IT and others appropriate etc)
∎ Ensure petty cash accounting is fully complied with FM manual and take responsibilities to deal with internal and external audits
∎ Tentative Job allocation (may vary according to the need and appropriateness)
∎ Financial management and documentation
∎ Procurement and documentation
∎ Support Project Implementation (PIU) team(s) and PTIs.
∎ Any other assignment required by the Chief Coordinator and the Coordinator-Finance & Procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Not more than 40 years as on the date of joining
∎ In-depth skills and work experience on TALLY, ERP software
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having accounts background and experience of working in Government Projects and ERP (Tally Software) skills
∎ Bank payment processing works & payment voucher making through TALLY
∎ Supplier's bills checking & entry in Tally Software
∎ TDS & VDS deducts from supplier's bill, challan preparation & payment
∎ Adjustment of all type of advances with respective bills
∎ All type of vouchers filling & maintained properly
∎ Here are some skills one need to effectively function in this role of financial executive Such as:
∎ Financial Management
∎ Cash Book Maintain
∎ Cheque Collection & Prepared Bill
∎ IT proficiency - Must be good in MS Office package (Especially Excel, Word, and ERP (Tally Software).
