Candidates must have experience in related field·
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)·
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Must have knowledge in work with software
Must have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel
Responsibilities & Context:
Checking and Verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
Reconcile invoice and resolve any discrepancies
Preparing cheques for payment & processing payments to internal customer/suppliers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions through software
Basic knowledge of Tax and Vat
Supporting internal and external audit requirements·
Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing·
Performing vendor and bank reconciliation
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors/supplier’s to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
Any other task assigned by Management
