Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare monthly Invoice(bill) and to ensure proper distribution through established channels.
∎ To ensure monthly sales posting in Tally Prime and confirm report and comparison analysis.
∎ To prepare Mushak- 6.3 and relevant documents as per client's requirements.
∎ To manage relationships with the clients in order to smoothly issue monthly invoices.
∎ Maintenance of consistent follow-up communication via telephone, in person and email for all relevant matters
∎ Completion of day-to-day administrative paperwork properly and timely
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly /yearly) financial reports to the Superior.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
