Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting /Management, MBA (Major in Accounting / Management)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Receipt and payment Vouchers with proper supporting
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Ledger Book and different register.
∎ Prepare and maintain all kinds of Bank related Voucher and register.
∎ Factory related Bill Voucher checking, approval and adjustment made in software.
∎ Local purchase bill Checking, approval and adjustment made in software.
∎ Accrual of All monthly fixed expenses.
∎ Checking of Salary Sheet, OT Sheet & Tiffin Sheet.
∎ Carry out internal audit function and internal control system.
∎ Ensure deduction of VAT & Tax from vendors while processing bills.
∎ Ensure positing VAT & Tax on time to Govt. Treasury.
∎ Proper Filling and documentation of All Vouchers
∎ Preparation of daily Receipt and Payment Statement.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Preparation of Vendor and Customer's reconciliation.
∎ Carry Out any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance and Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): N/A
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS applications.
∎ Efficient with Tally Software operation.
