Job Context:
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is a brand initiated under the banner of `Nice Roks` India. Within four years of its manufacture, Kyros has insistently become famous in Bangladesh and India. Its corporate office is located in Baridhara, Dhaka-1212.
∎ We are looking a talent who possess the job with sound understanding, independently working and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization`s operations and to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Store & Accounts Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take custodianship of company's overall product stock/inventory.
∎ Ensure delivery/distribution of company's all products in all over Bangladesh.
∎ Develop and implement standard inventory & distribution management systems.
∎ Lead, monitor & supervise all employees under Inventory & distribution.
∎ Report time to time on long time unsold products and inform to management.
∎ Excellent knowledge of inventory management software like Tally.
∎ Maintain overall stock in, stock out, warehouse stock.
∎ Ensure product invoicing, delivery challan etc.
∎ Maintain stock levels, coordinate the logistics of orders and transfers.
∎ Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
∎ Maintain and update inventory records.
∎ Inventory Planning based on monthly demand planning.
∎ Conduct inventory audit apart from Internal Audit department.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed public or private university.
Salary: Negotiable
