• 1 to 3 year(s) practical experience in reputed real estate company or Social media marketing.
• Must have a knowledge to do the team work, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented. 

• Live Video making for company ready/ongoing apartments projects.
• Design and produce motion graphics and video content for digital platforms, advertisements, and presentations & content writing skills.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals, targeting various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing.
• Candidate should be well disciplined, smart looking, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Youtube, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Create strong data base of new leads.
