Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Box Design, Hangtag, Waist tag, Care Label, Sticker, Catalogue, Flyer, Banner, Business Card, Leaflet Book all Over Design. & Offset Printing, Output Setting Establishes and oversees the design process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
∎ Develops the overall design strategy and vision for the brand.
∎ Manages and motivates the design team, providing guidance and support.
∎ Ensures that designs align with the brand's values and target audience.
∎ May be involved in developing product specifications and tech packs.
∎ Oversee the creation of samples, ensuring accuracy in design, fit, and quality.
