Job Responsibilities:
∎ The observation about after-sales service from the sales team.
∎ Justify service with accuracy to the sales team before accepting.
∎ Updating sales team about the progress of service.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with internal & external customers.
∎ Attend meetings on monthly basis including management.
∎ Visiting customer end if needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of tours & travels.
∎ Computer skills.
∎ Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
