∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphics Design, motion graphics, Video Editing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
∎ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, target audience, industry trends, competitors etc. to ensure consistency across all aspects of the project
∎ Think creatively to turn an idea into a comprehensive creative visual that connect the target audience
∎ Develop unique and innovative design concepts that align with the brand identity and vision
∎ Create high-quality designs for different media such as print materials, websites, mobile apps or games.
∎ Ensure the final design meets technical specifications such as file formats or color profiles.
∎ Test designs for usability and functionality by conducting user testing and analyzing metrics such as engagement or conversion rates.
∎ Maintain complex projects at the same time, while meeting all the deadlines and providing support as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with a brand's identity.
∎ Efficiently managing time to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
∎ Capacity to find creative solutions to design challenges and adapt to client or project requirements.
∎ Thoroughness in checking and refining designs to ensure precision and accuracy.
∎ Proficiency in designing for both digital platforms (websites, social media) and print media.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team, take feedback positively, and collaborate with other professionals like copywriters, marketers, and developers.
Salary: Negotiable
