∎ Relevant experience in cash/accounts management in a showroom
∎ Skills Required: Data analysis and forecasting methods, Direct sales, Outstanding communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Required good commend of knowledge about cash management. Cash Officer will be responsible for maintaining accounts & cash operations at vivo flagship store.Receive cash/card payments from customers, hand over money receipts, and post transactions in the cash register. Preserve cash safely at the showroom and deposit to the bank as per requirement. Keep track of showroom expenses and payments. Process & keep records of all documents in an organized manner. Proper documentation and file management. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports to the concerned department. Provide clerical assistance to the showroom in charge. Ensure a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
