Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for new credit lines, proposed loan, undertake sanction formalities with banks and other financial institutions to meet the increasing financial demand.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare related loan documents.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 year(s) Experience of Banking for Construction Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Credit Administration, General Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Banks, Financial Consultants, Leasing, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Excel, MS Project, and Auto Cad would be beneficial.
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self motivated.
