Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical engineer from any Reputed Public/Private Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
∎ Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
∎ Resolve motor, Water pump, conveyor, Batching Plant, Mixer Machine, Vibrato machine, Tractor, Pay loader, Roller, Excavator, Drum Truck, and hydraulic problems.
∎ Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians.
∎ Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
∎ Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.
∎ Handle simple and complex heavy Construction equipment.
∎ Assist mechanical engineers in developing, building & maintaining machines & tools.
∎ Test and analyze machines, tools, and components to determine their performance, strength and response to stress.
∎ Carry out inspections to identify faults and initiate repair of mechanical systems or products
∎ Monitor mechanical processes to ensure conformance to standard project procedures.
∎ Use CAD software and technology to prepare drawing plans and design for an engineering project
∎ Assemble components or machine parts to form integral or complete product unit.
∎ Timely and accurate completion of daily site diaries and recording of any change requests or delay to our progress are critical element of this role.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates with relevant experience construction related all type of heavy equipment's.
