Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• MBA/BBA, major in accounting/Finance

• CA (CC) will get preference.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Experience in ERP Software

• Preparation of Monthly MIS Report & Reconciliations.

• Excellent understanding of accounting, tax & Vat.

• Monitor Revenue, Bill and Receivable Management.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of financial or operational vulnerabilities.

• Perform audits of financial statements, operational processes, and internal controls.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Review and analyze financial data to identify irregularities or discrepancies.

• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

• Monitor the implementation of recommended actions and ensure compliance.

• Market survey & check collected quotation and verify procured items & check inventory in regular basis.

• Check & verify all kinds of bills/vouchers for ensuring the accuracy and/or correctness of accounting transactions of pre and past payment.

• Check & verify all kinds of productions & disbursements.

• Inspect cash in hand, receivable, payable & physical stock verification.

• Participate in special & surprise audits as and when required.

• Any other tasks as assigned by management.
