Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart, energetic, dynamic & deserving candidates who are capable to do the different accounts work by Tax, Vat, software & manual base accounting works.
∎ Job Location: Factory (Hemayetpur, Savar)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) on a regular basis.
∎ Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records regularly. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
∎ Oversee the invoicing, billing, and collections processes.
∎ Maintain Aging Reports for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
∎ Ensure Daily Voucher Entry & Preparation of Cash Book.
∎ Take responsibility for accounts payable/ receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, utility, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, fixed assets management, etc.
∎ Keep the record of the updated fund/expenditure status and will provide analytical reports and forecast to management on fund utilization.
∎ Liaison with all banks management for conducting smooth fund management as well as sound business operation of the company.
∎ Monitoring all transactions/General Ledger as per requirement.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
∎ Arrangement for Vendors & Suppliers payment.
∎ Performing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities i.e., Balance sheet, P/L, cash flow statement, budgeting, ROI etc.
∎ Solve VAT & AIT issues & Collection of VAT & AIT Challan from Clients.
∎ Conduct inventory audits at assigned business factory premises to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
∎ Maintain and update fixed asset and their periodic depreciation on the register so that the longevity of every asset can be ensured.
∎ Prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
∎ Candidate must have to vast knowledge and practiced Experience with Computer Literacy.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher management.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Skills Required: Financial analysis and reporting, Observation and recommendations capability with risk assessment, Recovery of Fund with strong management policy as per document.
∎ Experience Requirements: Maximum 03 year(s).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Audit and Cost Management, Distribution Budget and Cost Management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax related work.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing Company.
∎ Candidates having CA (CC) will get preference.
