Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart, energetic, dynamic & deserving candidates who are capable to do the different accounts work by Tax, Vat, software & manual base accounting works.
∎ Job Location: Factory (Hemayetpur, Savar)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & prepare proper time machine ready for production.
∎ Maintain manpower & deployed them for their individual work.
∎ Supervising and managing factory employees and organizing and recommending training as appropriate.
∎ Monitoring machine operation & manpower during production time for smooth production and achieve production target as per production manager required.
∎ Reduce production wastages and produce maximum production.
∎ Maintain worker attendance & daily report to the HR Department.
∎ Maintain soft verbal communication with Colleagues & others to make a friendly working environment.
∎ Manage production activities such as production planning, scheduling, budgeting etc.
∎ Evaluate projects and resources requirements and demands.
∎ Estimating costs, negotiating and agreeing budgets with management to ensure cost effective production.
∎ Plan and manage production materials estimation, technical purchase, quality and factory administration.
∎ Ensure health and safety procedures as stipulated in Company regulations are followed.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machinery.
∎ Regular maintenance of preventive machine spare parts and instruments for emergency machine troubleshooting and servicing.
∎ Ensure production of Raw material before start of production.
∎ Weekly machine cleaning & maintenance as per GMP procedure.
∎ Work with management to implement company's policies and goals.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.
