∎ Good understanding of accounting and procurement processes
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and time awareness
∎ Skilled in vendor communication and negotiation
∎ Honest, attentive, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving
∎ Prior experience in furniture, interior, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record daily cash and bank transactions
∎ Prepare payment/receipt and journal vouchers
∎ Perform monthly bank reconciliation
∎ Verify bills and process payments
∎ Maintain cash flow and petty cash reports
∎ Assist in monthly internal financial summaries
∎ Prepare monthly Salary and overtime sheet for Employee
∎ Office-based procurement through phone calls, WhatsApp, or online platforms
∎ Collect quotations from vendors via mobile or email
∎ Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery terms over phone
∎ Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and get management approval
∎ Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and documentation
∎ Coordinate with store/warehouse to confirm goods received
∎ Maintain purchase records, bills, and delivery challans
∎ Ensure cost-effective buying while maintaining quality
∎ Communicate regularly with existing vendors and develop new contacts
∎ Handle emergency purchase issues promptly via mobile
∎ Execute any task assigned by management within stipulated time and standard.
