Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
∎ CC-CA course from a reputed firm will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily ledgers, payment schedules and invoices.
∎ To check bill voucher, deduct VDS & TDS from the party payment.
∎ Maintain overall day to day functions of accounts department and forward the same to head office.
∎ Maintain all necessary books of accounts as assigned by the Senior.
∎ Reconcile the Bank Statements, Accounts receivable, inter-company current account and accounts payable balance on monthly basis.
∎ Monitor Receivables and Payables of relevant entities from time to time.
∎ Should have good knowledge in MS Office (especially in Excel).
∎ Prior working experience in Tally Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
∎ Good in interpersonal communication.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
