Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation detail BOQ according to design.
∎ Detail estimation of the project.
∎ Checking estimation & BOQ.
∎ Checking bill of sub-contractor.
∎ Check requisition from the project.
∎ Check materials entering inside the project and use detail.
∎ Providing support to other departments as required.
∎ Periodic Evaluation of Estimates with Actual.
∎ Prepare rate Charts and Update as per necessity.
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCad and Preparing reports.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years' experience in Construction or related field.
∎ Experience in Interior, Construction or Real Estate industry will be added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
