Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Cost and budget
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of bill and vouchers for payment and entering the transactions into Accounting Software.
∎ Maintaining bank liability schedule.
∎ Checking and confirming the area offices petty cash expenses, vehicles expenses (car, covered van, motor cycle etc.).
∎ Checking and confirming the promotional expenses of the area offices.
∎ Arranging fund and making necessary notes to settle bank liability on due date.
∎ Preparing bank reconciliation statements
∎ Banking and following up with bank and related party as and when necessary for clearing the outstanding transactions.
∎ Preparing monthly receipt- payment statement
∎ Preparing notes for making any payment.
∎ Preparing and reviewing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
∎ Checking of depreciation charged on fixed asset and updating of asset register.
∎ Checking area offices petty cash expenses, Car Expenses, Covered Van Expenses.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
