∎ Prepare Monthly Directors' Remuneration & Loan Statement
∎ Prepare Infrastructure & Software Service Salary Distribution Sheet (project wise resource cost allocation as per time sheet)
∎ Infrastructure & Software Service Inter Company Loan Report & Ledger update in ERP. (Inter department Received and Payment ledger)
∎ Prepare Monthly Sales Report
∎ Prepare Monthly Collection Report
∎ Prepare Monthly PO Report
∎ Prepare Group & Individual wise Sales Performance Report
∎ Prepare Accounts Receivable
∎ Compare Current Month Receivable VS. Previous Month Receivable
∎ Prepare Monthly Purchase Report
∎ Issue Party Payment
∎ Prepare Accounts Payable
∎ Prepare monthly Software Service Sales- Collection & PO Report
∎ Prepare Accounts Receivable & Payable ledger (Software Service unit)
∎ Prepare Infrastructure & Software Service Monthly Fixed Overhead Budget and Variance Report
∎ Infrastructure & Software Service Employee Advance Report
∎ Intercompany Loan/Interdepartmental Voucher Entry in ERP.
∎ Prepare SWD Adjustment Journal Voucher
∎ Infrastructure & Software Service Employee Adjustment Report
∎ Infrastructure & Software Service Employee Advance & Adjustment Ledger Update
∎ Bank Reconciliation Statement AB Bank OD A/C, Prime Bank OD and CD A/C
∎ Bank Statement AB Bank OD A/C & FC A/C and Prime Bank OD A/C & CD A/C
∎ Infrastructure & Software Service Cash Flow Statement

∎ Infrastructure Journal/Payment/Collection Voucher Entry in ERP.
∎ Software Service Cash & Cheques Disbursement.
∎ Infrastructure & Software Service Files Maintain-Bank, LC, BG, IIDFC, FDR,
