Educational Requirements:
∎ CA-CC/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CMA (Part Qualified).
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Executive- Accounts & Finance of our Accessories (Button) Factory in DEPZ Extension Area, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Job Location : DEPZ Extension Area, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurate Data entry into software.
∎ To prepare reports on daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking related tasks, do all bank transactions for the branch /clinic.
∎ Manage and review billing processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable)
∎ Maintain VAT & TAX Return.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Budget & Fund Flow Check and Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have excellent command over English.
∎ Audit Firm experience will be given preference.
∎ Working experience in Garments/ Garments accessories manufacturing company will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
