Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.
∎ CA (CC) Completed get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Maintain Cash & Bank book, General ledger book, Party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ Checking inventories at store as and when required
∎ Cheque deposits to the bank and ensure payments from banks.
∎ Checking supplier's bills and pass for approval.
∎ Checking all bank transaction like interest, charges and commission etc.
∎ Data entry into a
∎ Accounting software and reconcile ledger accounts
∎ Knowledge in MS-Office & Experience in Accounting Software will get preference.
∎ Reconciliation of party wise monthly outstanding with collection statement.
∎ Reconciliation of bank balance at the end of the day with the help of supervisor.
∎ To Review the papers & send to management for payment.
∎ Preparing cheque for party payment including communicate with parties for bill.
∎ To ensure safety and security of corporate documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ To perform special assignment from superior.
∎ To prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Trading and Manufacturing.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail and ERP Software.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
