Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist department head to various report.
∎ Prepare of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statement as per IAS & BAS.
∎ Follow-up to customer and ensure payment collection properly and manage good relationship with them.
∎ Prepare daily fund budget and approved from management for meet up daily expense.
∎ Ensure all entry recorded in the books of accounts as per chart of accounts and when occurred.
∎ Check all type of bill voucher and ensure all transaction are recorded under proper accounting system accurately as per cost centre in the books of accounts.
∎ Ensure entries against LTR (Loan Trust Receipt), Time loan.
∎ Calculating the interest & cost of fund on different facilities from bank.
∎ To recorded of inventory with proper record and find out end of month Raw materials stock, WIP and Finish goods.
∎ Ensure proper filling of documents timely.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ To reconcile & ensure all Journal voucher entries and recorded duly.
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.).
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department, etc.
∎ Follow up of L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Preparation of all type foreign export customs & bank documents against LC/Contract/T.T including sample export documents
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ Negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for Import.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute timely and cost effectively.
∎ Applicant will be fully responsible up to import goods in-house in time of each & every consignments.
∎ Applicant will have to prepare import consignments statement for report to management.
∎ Able to handle Port and Customs operation.
∎ Applicant must be responsible for clean shipping document as per L/C
∎ Should have educated knowledge about Customs duty, Tax, Tariff etc.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 32 years

∎ Skills in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word.
