Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from Accounts/Finance.
∎ CA CC, ACCA, CMA is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: CA CC, ICMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis & Summary preparation of Daily Showroom sales.
∎ Showroom Day book Entry in Tally Software & Report.
∎ Any kinds of voucher entry in Tally Software.
∎ Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly Show Room Report and submit to the management.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ To ensure proper and timely coordination with the Company at Show Room and head Office
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking, and other related activities.
∎ Any others as and when assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in following area(s): Cash Management, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/Accounts.
∎ Should have enough knowledge and experience about Banking and VAT & Tax.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Microsoft Office Package
∎ Leadership Quality
Salary: Negotiable
