Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, record and report factory day to day accounts to factory Operations and correspond with Accounts Department in Head Office.
∎ Check daily factory expenditures, vouchers, requisitions or finance-related documents on audited view.
∎ Collect section-wise production Data from production floor and prepare daily production reports.
∎ Maintain Petty cash and bank book, Ledger book, reconciliation statement and other relevant registers on daily basis.
∎ Check local/Import purchase Vouchers, Challan, GRR thoroughly.
∎ Keep record and updated fixed assets register
∎ Support HR & Admin regarding monthly Pay Roll for factory staffs.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly factory miscellaneous budget.
∎ Financial Reporting after month (income statement, profit & loss analysis & Month wise Ledger balance check) and Preparation financial statements according to guideline.
∎ Collect expense and posting those in software.
∎ Manage payments to suppliers in a correct and timely manner.
∎ Verify invoices and prepares payment vouchers.
∎ Adjustment of all type of Advances with respective bills.
∎ Costing and Budgeting for factory expenses.
∎ Prepare any accounts/operational-related reports to the management from time to time when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
