∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Ensure all financial records are accurate and complete, and maintain up-to-date ledgers and financial reports.
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
∎ Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare and submit tax files and other regulatory filings.
∎ Work with Cash Officers to disburse petty cash.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
∎ Proceed export-related documents & deals with buyers.
∎ Execute, coordinate, monitor, and manage LC-related works.
∎ Coordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purposes.
∎ Proceed with shipping documents on time.
∎ Handle VAT, TAX, and AIT-related documents and issues.
∎ Follow up the payment procedure: T/T, LC, FDD, pay order, etc.
∎ Lead a team to proceed with overall commercial-related works of a garments-buying house.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, General HR.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial.
∎ Candidates will get preference if knows about HR, Accounts & Admin.
