Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor from any reputed university in:
∎ M. Com
∎ MBA (Accounting)
∎ B. Com
∎ BBA (Accounting)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all accounting operation which includes updating accounting records (digital and physical), Preparation and recording of all transactions like Receipt vouchers, Payment vouchers, Requisitions, Daily cash/bank transactions and other similar activities.
∎ Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
∎ Conduct month end and year end closing process.
∎ Monitor cash flow requirements and secure the required funding.
∎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns periodically according to relevant legislation
∎ Analyze transactions and develop periodic reports for management.
∎ Keep up to date with relevant accounting, financial and taxation policies, regulation and legislation.
∎ Budget preparation.
∎ Preparation of Financial statements i.e. Balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, notes to accounts and other reports.
∎ Processing and keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase order, invoices, statements etc.
∎ Coordination to conduct periodic audits as required by relevant law.
∎ Maintain relation with the concern department of other Subsidiary of the group.
∎ Generate PI, Packing list, Invoice and others sales related document
∎ Coordinate with C&F, Shipping Line/ Freight Forwarder, Transport and other concern related to clear the consignment from Port on time
∎ Ensure all regulatory formalities relating to export /Import

∎ Excellent Communication (English Mandatory).
∎ Commercial Attitude.
∎ Should have Leadership Quality.
