- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inventory projects.
- Must have knowledge Tally prime
- Handle company tax and VAT-related documentation and correspondence.
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: DG Bangla Engineering Ltd. is a rapidly growing and youth-driven engineering enterprise engaged in Construction, Electro-Mechanical, Firefighting, Automation, and Dredging works. We specialize in both government and private sector projects involving roadways, yards, lowland development, electrification, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, issues, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Update and maintain inventory management Tally software/database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement teams regarding stock requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Check incoming goods for accuracy, quality, and damage before updating records.

- Basic knowledge about Vat & Tax.
