∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Must have experience handle Accounts manually and also must have experience & skill in accounts customize software like Tally ERP9 Software and Excel.
∎ Experience in ERP environment, particularly in the Oracle Accounting Software.
∎ Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good communication skills, both written and oral
∎ Must be an honest person.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed by using Excel & Tally ERP9 & Tally Prime.
∎ Maintain day to day cash register ERP9 Checking document/ instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepare the summary for payments.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions
∎ Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, and daily cash/bank transactions Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet, etc.
∎ Any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by management from time to time Knowledge on vat & tax. Stock report. Bank reconciliation.
