Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate Student.
∎ Young creative and enthusiastic individuals with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Bangla, Sociology, Media Studies, Journalism or any Social Science Faculty preferred.
∎ Academic priority may be relaxed in case of high-caliber creative activities.
Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Full TIme. Part Time, Contactual, WFM.
∎ Job Location: Anam Rangs Plaza, level-6, Road-6/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Reporting and interviewing skills.
∎ Delivering accurate and reliable scripts/contents/concepts.
∎ Developing new ideas.
∎ Working closely with the Creative team, Editors.
∎ To conceptualize and develop ideas for written content in line with the company's branding objectives.
∎ To write and develop SEO-friendly content for website, after study of relevant keyword and analytic reports.
∎ To align written content alongside visual content to create a harmonious final content.
∎ To develop written content for promotional and branding material in line with the company's branding guidelines and objectives.
∎ To carry out research in developing factual written content.
∎ Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
∎ Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
∎ Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, marketing, product/services descriptions, Social media and blogs.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
∎ Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
