Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take responsibility for all machines regarding mechanical parts and systems.
∎ Reporting to Maintenance Head and assisting him in mechanical maintenance job.
∎ To arrange spare parts necessary for cost effective preventive maintenance.
∎ To provide mechanical trouble shooting service to production and to develop concise preventive maintenance schedules for each item for all machines.
∎ To provide concise Preventive Maintenance schedules for each item for equipment.
∎ To prepare full lubrication schedules and control their implementation.
∎ To train and develop skills of all mechanical maintenance personnel.
∎ Participate in the QMS and Food Safety Management related activities.
∎ To implement mechanical improvements for reducing cost & improving quality & ensuring safe operation.
∎ Participate all the shift breakdowns & inform the mechanical head about actions taken.
∎ Participate in the new projects for erection & commissioning of the new machines.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
