Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Medical degree (MBBS) plus postgraduate training in Endocrinology, Diabetology, or Internal Medicine.

• Active BMDC license (or equivalent).

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience treating obesity/metabolic syndrome.

• Experience prescribing GLP‑1 Receptor Agonists (e.g., Semaglutide).

• 3 to 4 years

• Obesity medicine certification (ABOM, SCOPE) preferred.

• Comfort with EMR/telehealth platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).

• Availability for 24‑hr escalation (rotational).

Job Context:

Starbase Limited is a premium wellness facility combining modern fitness, medical consultation, grooming, and nutrition services under one roof. We are currently hiring a Specialized Doctor (Endocrinology/Diabetology/Internal Medicine) to join our medical team, primarily to oversee obesity and metabolic syndrome cases both in-person and through telemedicine platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient consultation, screening, and lab report review (virtual/in-person).

• Clear contraindications and approve patients for GLP-1 therapy.

• Design, initiate, and adjust titration schedules (0.25 mg to 2.4 mg).

• Conduct scheduled follow-up teleconsultations (Week 4, 8, 12, then monthly).

• Manage side effects and emergencies according to internal Starbase-X protocol.

• Collaborate with internal fitness trainers, lifestyle coaches, and dietitians for holistic client care.

• Maintain proper EMR documentation for each consultation.
