GRASSROOT CO-OPERATION is a Bangladeshi National Non-Governmental and Non-profit, Humanitarian & Rights-based voluntary development organization working since 2008. GRC is inviting application from the eligible candidates for immediate appointment under “Bangladesh-America Maitree Project” which is funded by USAID and Prime Award BRAC for the Education Program at Rangpur district.
Major Responsibilities:
Creating assessments and evaluation tools to measure student progress and the effectiveness of educational programs.
Providing academic counseling, career guidance, and personal development support to students, helping them navigate their educational paths.
Analyzing student data (e.g., test scores, attendance, behavior) to identify trends and gaps, and using this data to guide educational decisions.
