Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
∎ Deliver detailed information about immigration procedures for multiple destinations, with priority given to candidates familiar with diverse immigration pathways.
∎ Proficiently use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain client interactions and records.
∎ Brief students and their guardians both over the phone and in person about admission processes for foreign universities.
∎ Offer comprehensive counseling and guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and other university-related inquiries.
∎ Encourage students to visit the office for free counseling sessions and consultations.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive phone and in-person interactions.
∎ Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
∎ Maintain and organize the front office area to ensure a presentable and welcoming environment.
∎ Schedule and manage appointments and meetings efficiently.
