Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education / English / Social Science or any relevant discipline.
B.Ed / M.Ed preferred (not mandatory but highly desirable).

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
Capable of providing any school-related reports and promptly responding accurately to any queries from the Executive Director on the matter.
Experience in academic coordination, teacher support, or monitoring & evaluation is preferred.
Experience working with underprivileged or marginalized children will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of curriculum planning, lesson planning, assessment methods, and classroom management.
Ability to train, guide, and monitor teachers for improving teaching quality.
Strong communication skills (Bangla & English), reporting ability, and documentation skills.
Capable of tracking student performance, identifying weak learners, and planning remedial support.
Good leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with donor-funded project requirements, reporting formats, and compliance will be a plus.
Empathy, patience, and sensitivity toward underprivileged students.
Behavioral Qualities
