  • Students from both public and private universities are encouraged to apply.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in student visa counselling for countries such as Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, UK, South Korea, and others.

  • Strong expertise in education counselling, student consultancy, study abroad programs, student recruitment, admissions, and visa processing.

  • Candidates with a foreign degree will be given priority.

  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Valid IELTS score holders will be highly preferred.

  • Should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and strong computer literacy.

  • Must demonstrate politeness, patience, honesty, self-motivation, protectiveness, team management skills, decision-making ability, and loyalty.

  • Willing to make a long-term professional commitment with the organization.

  • Student file processing and documentation

  • Student recruitment and counselling

  • Visa processing for Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, UK, South Korea & other countries



Responsibilities & Context:

Full-time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students (over phone and in-person) on admission, scholarships, eligibility, and visa processes for higher studies abroad.

  • Manage end-to-end admission and visa procedures for destinations like Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, UK, South Korea, and others.

  • Handle university applications, scholarships, SOPs, visa submissions, and interview preparation.

  • Communicate directly with foreign universities regarding admissions and scholarships.

  • Guide students and guardians in selecting suitable countries, subjects, universities, and funding opportunities.

  • Share country-specific insights on culture, lifestyle, and living standards to help students prepare.

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions on study-abroad opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.

  • Support digital activities: collaborate with the marketing team, participate in social media live sessions, and contribute to student-focused video content.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, proactive counselling, and cross-sales skills to achieve enrollment targets.
